Director of Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Director of Business Development professional to join our dynamic team at LifeLine Ambulance Illinois. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for spearheading growth in our Illinois market through building relationships, solving problems, and driving business expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that is committed to providing exceptional service and care while fostering a compassionate and fun work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts while acquiring new business

  • Act as the primary liaison for customers and vendors, addressing issues with professionalism and efficiency

  • Travel extensively within the Greater Chicagoland Area (95%) to meet with clients, build partnerships, and oversee accounts

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams

  • Provide administrative support as needed to the business development team
