Job description

RECRUITER - Pay Rate - $30/HR.
This position is temporary, for about 3-6 months with potential to be hired on.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a RECRUITER for our client to start at $30/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will be support for the Recruiting team as well as doing Recruiting.
  • Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet company's staffing needs.
  • Will support the other Recruiters with scheduling interviews, putting together job descriptions, and general admin support.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies and desired candidate profiles.
  • Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the process.
  • Extend offers, negotiating terms, and support onboarding of new hires.

Location: Manteno, IL
Schedule/Shift Details
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting techniques, sourcing tools, and employment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
