Job description

Full-time

Visiolab.io

At VisioLab, we're redefining the future of checkout.

Our AI-powered autonomous checkout technology helps stadiums, arenas, universities, and hospitality venues serve millions of guests faster—with no scanning, no waiting, and no friction.

Today, our solutions are trusted by organizations across the NFL, NBA, MLS, NHL, major universities, and leading hospitality brands. As we continue our rapid expansion across North America, we're building our commercial team in Boston—and we're looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to grow with us.

If you're excited by technology, love winning, and want to build a career in Enterprise Sales, this is your opportunity.

Your Opportunity

This is more than an SDR role—it's the first step toward becoming an Account Executive.

You'll work alongside experienced sales leaders and our founders to learn how enterprise deals are built, managed, and won. You'll own outbound prospecting, create new opportunities, and play a critical role in driving our growth.

For high performers, this role offers a clearly defined path into an Account Executive position, where you'll manage your own pipeline and close strategic enterprise customers.

If you're competitive, coachable, and hungry to learn, we'll invest in your development and help you build a successful sales career.

The role

This role is designed for someone early in their sales career who has the hunger, intelligence, and resilience to grow fast. You’ll start as an SDR - prospecting, qualifying, and opening doors - with a clear and fast track to closing deals as an Account Executive.

VisioLab sells to pro sports teams, stadiums, and hospitality brands. If you can hold a conversation with an NFL VP of Operations and an arena F&B director in the same week, you’ll thrive here.

What you'll do
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within sports organizations, stadium operators, hospitality groups, retailers, and venue management companies
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies for strategic target accounts
  • Learn modern Enterprise SaaS sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, and our founders
  • Continuously improve your prospecting approach based on coaching and performance metrics
What you'll bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or another customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence making outbound calls and engaging senior decision-makers
  • A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong curiosity and a genuine desire to learn Enterprise Sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM platform is a plus
  • Interest in AI, technology, sports, hospitality, or retail innovation
What We Can Offer You
  • Flat structure, direct access to the founding team
  • High trust, low politics, fast decisions
  • On-site in Boston. We're building the heartbeat of our US team and you should want to be part of it
  • Visiting NFL, NBA, and NHL venues is part of the job
  • HRA health coverage — we contribute toward your health insurance costs
  • A product live in some of the world's most iconic venues and a story that's only getting bigger
