As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to help expand our reach and impact in the communities we serve.

About the Job

As Director of Development, you'll lead our organization's growth strategy building partnerships, driving community outreach, and developing initiatives that expand access to pediatric urgent care while strengthening our reputation as the trusted choice for families. You'll work closely with leadership to identify new growth opportunities, whether through community partnerships, referral network development, philanthropic initiatives, or strategic outreach programs, and you'll play a key role in shaping how we connect with pediatricians, schools, and community organizations. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's healthcare access while growing into a senior leadership role as our organization scales.

  • Experience with community outreach, physician referral network development, or healthcare marketing
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH)
  • Established relationships with local pediatricians, schools, or community health organizations
  • Experience with strategic planning, market expansion, or new clinic launch initiatives
Perks
  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
  • Opportunity to shape growth strategy at a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization
  • Collaborative leadership team and clear path for career advancement
