The Senior Manager of Global Product Marketing, NBA drives marketing strategy across new markets and emerging technologies to deepen player engagement and retention. By connecting Product, Creative, and Player Services teams, this position ensures every campaign aligns with our shared vision. We're committed to delivering personal, relevant, and timely content to our NBA 2K players, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion. The right person will understand the gaming landscape and its players, bring ideas to the table, big or small, utilize insights, and help turn them into real in and out of game moments. This role is required to work onsite in a hybrid capacity out of the Novato, CA headquarters office location.
What You'll Do
  • Lead Marketing Strategy: Across multiple titles, platforms and technologies, centered on the goal of driving engagement and retention of NBA 2K players.
  • Define Positioning: Lead positioning, messaging, audience strategy, and supporting assets throughout the product's lifecycle across all channels and campaigns.
  • Shape the Journey: Partner with cross-functional teams to create product positioning that supports players throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate with Developers, Product and Commercial leads to launch marketing workstreams for new in-game technologies.
  • Creative Execution: Guide the briefing process for new products, ensuring assets across CRM, Social, and In-Game channels resonate with our community.
  • Foster Collaboration: Build authentic relationships across the organization to turn ambitious ideas into reality, including Product, Creative, Player Services & Development.
  • Integrated Mobile Leadership: Oversee marketing strategy for NBA 2K's Mobile portfolio, managing an Associate, responsible for executing against your vision and maintaining relationships with key mobile development studios.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,200 and $182,360 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
