Job description

The Regional Director of Talent is responsible for executing the JETSET Product & Talent strategy across a portfolio of studios. This role serves as the operatorโ€™s highest level of talent leadership, driving instructor performance, training execution, and brand consistency at the studio level.While embedded within the operator organization, this role operates in direct alignment with JETSET Product & Talent and is accountable for upholding all brand standards, training protocols, and instructor development pathways set at the corporate level.
Key Responsibilities
Training Execution & Leadership
  • Lead execution of the 30-hour JETSET Instructor Certification in alignment with Product & Talent standards
  • Deliver hands-on trainings, workshops, and development sessions that reinforce JETSETโ€™s programming, coaching methodology, and client experience
  • Execute all training updates, rollouts, and curriculum changes as directed by Product & Talent
  • Ensure all instructors are trained, certified, and developed according to brand-defined pathways
Instructor Performance & Development
  • Evaluate instructor performance through ongoing assessments, feedback, and coaching
  • Drive continuous development through structured follow-ups, workshops, and performance plans
  • Partner with Product & Talent to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the region
  • Maintain visibility into instructor readiness, certification status, and progression
Studio Leadership Layer (Senior + Lead Instructors)
  • Oversee and develop Senior Instructors (1 per studio) and certified Lead Instructors (supporting up to 3 studios)
  • Ensure leadership layers are executing training, evaluations, and support in alignment with Product & Talent expectations
  • Coach and calibrate studio-level leaders to ensure consistency in feedback, delivery, and standards
  • Act as the primary escalation point for all talent-related matters within the region
Brand Standards & Quality Assurance
  • Uphold and enforce JETSET brand standards across all studios within the region
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the method, with a focus on flow, music execution, and client experience
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews, including class evaluations and studio visits
  • Partner with Product & Talent to ensure full compliance with training systems, LMS requirements, and certification standards
Product & Programming Support
  • Support Product & Talent in research, testing, and refinement of new programming and training initiatives
  • Pilot new concepts, workshops, and formats prior to broader network rollout
  • Provide structured feedback to inform product evolution and instructor development strategies
Operations & Administration
  • Maintain accurate records of trainings, certifications, evaluations, and instructor progress
  • Track and report on regional talent performance, training completion, and development metrics
  • Support scheduling and coordination of trainings, workshops, and instructor coverage as needed
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting aligns with Product & Talent systems and expectations
