Overview

Responsible for leading innovative and strategic recruitment initiatives for assigned segment to attract talent to support the organization's needs. This position will direct the management of recruitment, processes, policies, systems, and outcomes. The Director will lead and monitor the compliance activities to minimize adverse impact in recruitment and selection processes and plays a critical role in the continuous improvement of the full cycle recruitment process, drives critical recruiting business insights and analytics, and manages key stakeholder relationships.Location & Travel Details: This is an onsite position and can be located at one of our office locations: Fargo, Indianapolis, Phoenix or Dallas.ย

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Lead and manage a high-performing talent acquisition and craft recruiting teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to support achievement of goals and objectives. Build and deliver full cycle recruiting practices and programs to ensure the attraction, evaluation and hiring of highly qualified and diverse talent. Develop and report critical metrics, and data analytics to track progress, drive decisions and determine success. Manage relationships and contracts with partners and vendors of the talent acquisition function including LinkedIn, applicant tracking system, and agencies. Ensure effective management of the full cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, including candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. Influence and educate internal stakeholders on best practices, such as effective job descriptions, candidate outreach, employer value propositions, and excellent interview and onboarding experiences, to drive positive candidate experiences. Evaluate and refine the recruitment processes, implementing new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and candidate experience. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR colleagues, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the recruitment process. Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to achieve strategic goals and maximize return on investment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving the organizations methods and approaches to remain competitive and effective. Qualifications

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10 years recruiting experience required with construction industry experience preferred. Previous managerial experience required. Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems is required; iCIMS experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Experience in leadership, strategy, coaching, and mentoring. Ability to design sourcing and selection systems and make decisions around integration of current systems with processes. Ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple projects on a concurrent basis. Ability to influence and persuade others. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making capabilities. Ability to challenge the team/organization while holding them accountable for their commitments. Skilled at creating partnerships of influence and collaboration with leaders and teams throughout the organization. Strong understanding of latest recruitment trends, including the use of Social Media tools for recruitment. Demonstrated change management skills, specifically the ability to influence in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment. Ability to analyze reports, metrics and dashboards and make business decisions. Strong attention to detail while operating with a high sense of urgency. Experience recruiting talent in competitive markets. Knowledge of EEO, ADA, AAP, and OFCCP requirements. Ability to travel as needed.
