In this high-impact cleanroom role, you will perform precision guide wire assembly, hydrophilic coating, and Tyvek packaging using advanced tools and microscopes. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent first-shift schedule, structured on-the-job training, and a collaborative team environment dedicated to making a difference in patient lives.
Responsibilities:

  • Precision Assembly: Perform precision guide wire assembly, hydrophilic coating, and Tyvek bag sealing/pouching.
  • Quality Inspection: Use microscopes and advanced custom fixtures to inspect components and ensure strict adherence to quality metrics.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Read, follow, and execute technical drawings and written manufacturing procedures in English.
  • Cleanroom Maintenance: Work comfortably within an Environmentally Controlled Area (ECA) cleanroom, adhering to strict gowning and PPE protocols. Perform routine sanitization and cleaning of workbenches, walls, and floors.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain a strong work ethic and collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


Skills:

  • Advanced Equipment Handling: Prior experience operating microscope inspection tools and precision hand tools.

  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and comfortably manage a physical workload that is approximately 70% sitting and 30% standing/walking.
  • Availability: Ability to work the standard Day Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and work overtime as needed.
  • Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and a drug screen.
