What you'll do:
  • Lead the client relationship for a growing piece of business, interfacing with senior stakeholders internally and externally

  • Establish and maintain a strategic approach that bridges the gap from client goals to media delivery, including all facets of execution: strategy, execution, analytics, & creative
  • Understand and enforce best practices. This is not sharing partner responses, but a learned expectation of how media should run and perform.
  • Develop thoughtful media plans that include Google (Search, YouTube, PMax), Social (Meta, TIkTok, LinkedIn, etc.), and other digital channels (CTV, Direct, Programmatic)
  • Participate in Team Leadership, driving the direction of the larger Media Department.

What we need of you:

  • Strong communication skills required, with proven experience presenting to clients and vendor partners
  • Proven leader in full-lifecycle digital campaign management, from strategy and planning to execution and insightful reporting
  • Experience managing a team that includes multiple levels of contributors
  • Highly skilled in driving effective cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment and synergy within a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate and present complex data insights clearly and compellingly to clients
  • Proven strategic capabilities, consistently translating complex challenges into innovative recommendations, robust action plans, and campaigns that drive ROI
  • A proven entrepreneurial mindset, adept at spearheading initiatives and strategies that accelerate the organization's growth trajectory

Plus:
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Buying Platform certifications will be taken into consideration.
  • Proficiency with digital Ad Servers, advanced campaign optimization platforms, and online tracking solutions, particularly Google Analytics, is a distinct advantage
