Registered Nurse (RN) - Pain Clinic

Location: Founders Building, 3rd Floor - La Crosse, WI
Schedule:Monday -Friday, 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (typically 7:30AM - 4:00 PM) | No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call
FTE:0.8 (64 hours per two weeks)

What You'll Do

  • Perform nurse-only visits, including pre-op appointments and patient education
  • Manage intrathecal pump refills, pain agreements, dye studies, and urine drug screens
  • Handle phone triageand EPIC in-basket management
  • Use and develop a variety of specialized skills in a multidisciplinary environment, including exposure to advanced painmanagement technologies and collaboration with specialists across neurology, neurosurgery, chiropractic, injection clinic, and more
  • Contribute to a team that values your input and supports opportunities to improve care processes and patient experience

What You Need

  • Must Have:
    • Associate Degree in Nursing(minimum)
    • Active RN licensein Wisconsin
    • BLS certification
  • Preferred:
    • Minimum 1year RN experience
    • Strong communication and critical thinking skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask
    • Resilience and calm demeanor
