The Opportunity
As a Commercial AI Strategy Director, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on the overall evolution of the product portfolio, from managing the innovation funnel to building business cases and designing new products. Your role will involve driving competitive analysis and market intelligence activities to offer insights that translate into strategic product direction and positioning.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success.
In this role, you will validate the line of sight to generating revenue through assessing total addressable market, supporting the design and execution of go-to-market efforts. Your responsibilities include facilitating action plans for moving forward into build and towards commercialization.

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
