Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

Provides direct nursing care by assessing health needs, implementing care plans, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records while supporting patients, students, and families with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in nursing home and long-term care settings or routine nursing care in school office environments

  • Assess patient or student health needs and monitor conditions

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

  • Follow established nursing protocols, facility policies, and care plans

  • Collaborate with physicians, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Provide education and emotional support to patients, students, and families

  • Maintain accurate documentation and medical records

Registered Nurse (RN) – Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary

Provides direct, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients and students in school, nursing home, and long-term care settings. Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians, the LPN supports daily clinical needs, administers medications and treatments, monitors patient conditions, and maintains accurate documentation. This role requires professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following safety protocols

  • Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs

  • Observe, document, and report changes in patient condition

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Qualifications

  • BLS/CPR certification (required)

  • 1–2 years of experience in long-term care, nursing home, pediatric, or school settings preferred
