Position Overview- Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (Multi-site)
- Setting: Four Level III NICUs across suburban Las Vegas
- Not Accepting: Locums or visa candidates
- Provide high-acuity neonatal care across four NICUs
- Annual Volume: 1,700 NICU admissions | Over 10,000 births
- Perform advanced neonatal interventions including:
- High-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillator)
- Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy
- Total body cooling for HIE
- Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization
- Collaborate with a team of 16 neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists
- Rotate across multiple sites and shifts to support 24/7 NICU coverage
- Engage in ongoing quality improvement, mentorship, and professional development
- Provide compassionate family support throughout the NICU experience
- NNP Certification Required
- Nevada APRN License Active – Required
- NICU Experience Strongly Preferred (High-acuity setting)
