Job description

Primary Purpose

Execute all Learning initiatives for Operations and Live. Manages execution of the Learning strategy, supports the business through safety certifications and training and provides guidance and support to the Learning Specialists ensuring our goals are met or exceeded.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Direct and manage the effective delivery of the curriculum, manage schedules and ensure a smooth delivery of current training within a defined budget.
  2. Provide direction and support in the execution of Learning deliverables. Encourage and promote training to increase competency and commitment.
  3. Ensure that all program materials and content are kept updated, enhanced, and relevant. Provide relevant metrics for all Learning initiatives.
  4. Collaborate on enhancing our Learning brand and offerings, provide feedback regarding participant's reactions and satisfaction.
  5. Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years' relevant work experience.
  • Experienced facilitator and instructional designer.
