The Senior Manager of Process Compliance & Learning plays a key role in driving consistency and reinforcing the company’s operational foundation. This position drives compliance to company-wide processes and policies, as well as managing educational tools to enhance the understanding of processes and policies as identified by compliance reviews. Reporting to the Director of Business Process and Organization Excellence. The Senior Manager assists in mapping existing workflows, identifying gaps, and establishing standardized procedures. The Senior Manager develops and deploys methodologies and tools to ensure consistent adoption across all business units and identify non-compliance with procedures and policies. 
The Senior Manager also develops, deploys, and monitors training collateral associated with process and policies, both to address non-compliance and to communicate new process and policies. This is a strategic role that requires a strong understanding of how the business functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both process development, compliance monitoring, and learning and development.     

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Compliance Monitoring: Develop, deploy, and oversee robust methodologies and auditing tools to monitor adherence to company policies and identify areas of non-compliance. 
  • Root Cause & Gap Analysis: Utilize insights from compliance reviews to conduct thorough gap analyses, identifying specific operational weaknesses and systemic process failures. 
  • Strategic Learning & Development: Design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy, leveraging educational tools and platforms to reinforce proper process execution across the organization. 
  • Training Collateral Creation: Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality training materials and collateral specifically designed to communicate new processes and address identified compliance gaps. 
  • Data Analytics & Dashboard Architecture: Design, build, and maintain compliance dashboards and reporting platforms that aggregate existing systemic data to proactively surface, track, and analyze non-compliance trends across the organization. 
  • Continuous Improvement Feedback Loops: Establish a structured feedback mechanism between compliance audits and the learning ecosystem to ensure training content directly addresses active operational vulnerabilities. 
  • Change Management & Adoption: Serve as a strategic change agent, implementing adoption metrics to ensure new policies and procedures are consistently embraced across all diverse business units. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leaders across business units to deeply understand localized operations and align departmental workflows with overarching corporate excellence goals. 
  • Executive Reporting: Regularly report compliance metrics, training completion rates, and adoption trends directly to the Director of Business Process and Organizational Excellence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience in business process management, operations, or organizational development. 
  • Strong background in building SOPs, process mapping, and operational strategy. 
  • Hands-on experience with BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. 
  • Background in both Learning Management Systems (Thinkific, Absorb, TalentLMS, etc.) and learning collateral development. 
  • Data extraction, manipulation, visualization, and analysis skills, especially in a Microsoft based environment. 
  • Experience in fast-growing or multi-division companies is preferred.
