As the Director, Nursing Leadership Development Program, you'll shape the leadership journey for nurse managers, directors, and future executives by creating impactful learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability, build organizational bench strength, and advance our culture of excellence.

As the Director of Nursing Leadership Development, you'll lead the strategy, design, and execution of leadership development programs that prepare nursing leaders for success today and into the future.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with the mission and strategic priorities of Nursing & Patient Care Services.
  • Partner with Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources, and Nursing Professional Development leaders to identify leadership development needs and create innovative learning solutions.
  • Design engaging leadership programs utilizing instructor-led training, virtual learning, e-learning, action learning, mentoring, and experiential development opportunities.
  • Create exceptional onboarding experiences for new nursing leaders that foster engagement, confidence, and long-term success.
  • Build leadership development pathways that strengthen succession planning and prepare future nursing leaders.
  • Develop metrics and scorecards to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for leadership development, adult learning principles, instructional design, and emerging learning technologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, mentorship, and leadership excellence across the nursing enterprise.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholders to advance organizational initiatives and support transformational change.
