We provide life-changing treatments for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions through innovative therapies including TMS, ketamine infusion therapy, and medication management.
The Opportunity
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of our contact center operations in Arizona and Texas. This role will focus on high-volume recruiting for Patient Care Coordinators, Team Leads, Supervisors, and other customer-facing contact center positions.
We are looking for a recruiter who has successfully recruited high-volume call center, customer service, collections, inside sales, healthcare scheduling, or similar operational teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building candidate pipelines, moving quickly, and partnering closely with leaders to fill critical positions that directly impact business growth.
What You'll Own
  • Full-cycle recruiting for contact center and customer-facing operational roles
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for high-volume hiring needs
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess experience, professionalism, communication skills, and culture fit
  • Partnering with contact center leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Managing recruiting activity, candidate flow, and hiring metrics within the ATS
  • Supporting hiring initiatives tied to the expansion of Serenity's contact center operations
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Participating in recruiting events, job fairs, and local talent attraction efforts as needed
  • Continuously improving recruiting processes to increase hiring speed and quality

What Success Looks Like
  • Consistently filling high-volume contact center positions with quality candidates
  • Maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers and operational leaders
  • Building proactive pipelines that reduce time-to-fill and support future growth
  • Achieving hiring goals in competitive labor markets
  • Contributing to improved retention through thoughtful candidate selection and effective hiring practices

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Previous experience recruiting for high-volume call center, contact center, customer service, inside sales, collections, healthcare scheduling, or similar operational environments required
  • Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting rapid-growth organizations
  • Experience hiring for Patient Care Coordinator, Contact Center, Customer Service, Sales Support, or healthcare operations positions
