Lead Experience

5+ years of developing software with object-oriented languages like Java/JEE.

Experience in the following AWS services - EMR, S3, Data Pipeline, API Talent, Solr and Kibana

Extensive knowledge about APIs. RESTful services and integrate with other data providers, and know when to use JSON or XML.

Experience in designing applications on AWS. Experience with cloud based services like caching, databases, search is a plus.

Experience in software defined infrastructure and Cloud management platforms is desirable.

A solid understanding of networking and core Internet protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks).

Hands on experience with Linux/UNIX systems and the best practices for deploying applications to those stacks.

Experience with different databases, including working knowledge of SQL, relational data stores & NoSQL databases.

Hands on experience on Big Data & Analytics using AWS

AWS Certification

Technology & Engineering Expertise

Deep expertise in at least one application server (JBoss | Weblogic server | WebSphere server)

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java/JEE ; Spring, EJB, JMS & ORM or Microsoft Stack

Strong experience in at least one RDBMS (Oracle | MySQL| SQL Server)

Expertise in NoSQL databases desirable

Proficient in Identity Federation and Software defined infrastructure

Proficient in UNIX/Linux environments

Proficient in OOAD using UML & in application of design patterns
