Tasks

As the Director of Partner Management at Caiz, you will lead the development and execution of our global partner management strategy. You will be responsible for nurturing and growing key strategic partnerships across fintech platforms, crypto exchanges, financial institutions, DeFi providers, and ecosystem enablers. This role is essential to ensuring that our partnerships deliver long-term value and align with Caiz’s mission of building a compliant and inclusive financial ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with business development, compliance, marketing, and product teams to identify, onboard, and manage high-impact partners, supporting scalable growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end partner management including onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, and relationship development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners including crypto exchanges, PSPs, wallet providers, blockchain platforms, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with Caiz’s strategic goals and product roadmap.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with compliance, financial, and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Marketing) to support joint go-to-market efforts, product integrations, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Manage partner lifecycle operations including business reviews, issue resolution, performance reporting, and growth planning.Ensure all partners meet Caiz’s standards for security, compliance (KYC/AML), and ethical engagement.
  • Represent Caiz in partnership forums, blockchain consortiums, and industry networking events.
Requirements

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development, preferably in fintech, crypto, or blockchain industries.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships across multiple geographies and markets.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, digital wallets, exchanges, payment infrastructure, and blockchain integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with technical, legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in Islamic finance or with Sharia-compliant financial services.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks including AML/KYC, data privacy, and international financial regulations.
  • Knowledge of Web3 partnerships, token integrations, or DeFi protocols is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and partner operations tools.

Level of studies: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
