Tasks You will orchestrate the further development and implementation of the company's growth model. In partnership with the CEO and Founder, you will leverage your knowledge of and previous experience in Finance, Cryptocurrency and Blockchain, and/or new venture development in support of key enterprise priorities. You will help to provide strategic direction, further structure the company and establish and implement processes that support the company's growth.

You will, in particular, oversee the areas of Marketing, Business Development and Customer Support and assure together with the corresponding directors the implementation of the company's priorities. You are a highly skilled generalist with previous experience in the Finance, Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain sector with a passion for people, process, strategy, and results. You possess the drive and flexibility to be an early-stage team member with sincere dedication to our mission of diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities: Represent the company alongside the CEO and Founder as an expert in Finance, decentralized finance, and/or cryptocurrency/blockchain to investors, partners, and other external parties. Collaborate with the Founder and CEO to provide strategic direction and contribute to creative and operational initiatives aimed at ensuring a highly functional organization. Supervise day-to-day operations and management of customer-facing areas, including marketing, business development, and support, working closely with area directors.

Assist in establishing an appropriate organizational structure and develop processes to support the company's growth. Execute initiatives and communications specific to the company's growth and development, as well as engagement with the company's investors. Develop and implement an organizational chart and hiring roadmap for the company.

Partner with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer in planning and executing international growth and partnership ventures. Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, coordinating various projects. Take the lead on business development activities related to client acquisition and corporate partnerships.

Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or a similar leadership role in the crypto, blockchain, fintech, or DeFi space . Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems . Experience in scaling startups or fast-growing companies in the crypto or tech industry.

Deep knowledge of crypto regulations, compliance (KYC/AML), and risk management . Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Sound financial acumen and budget management skills. Knowledge of relevant industry trends and regulations. Leadership and team-building skills.
