Inventory Specialist

Reporting Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible for occasional weekends as needed

Start Time: 6:30AM until done, plus occasional overtime

Compensation: $22.00 / hr

Responsibilities

Skills Required:
• Load / Unload Vbed trailers (as required) and support without reloads
• Ship / Receive / Validate all product deliveries and returns
• Restock products as required / FIFO (First In, First Out) Organize / stage product to support daily warehouse operations
• Execute daily inventory process: Demand count / RMS entry for 3G and 5G and coolers
• AM checkout process including random audits
• Ensure proper handling / accounting for product damaged as well as in house usage
• Weekly ordering of product / supplies
• EOM Inventory Process Document QC Bottles for Return Inventory / Restock / Maintain Warehouse for entire responsible area that could include travel
• Count FG (finished goods) for factory / EOM (end of month) counter / random audit
• Verify AM changes
• Responsible for housekeeping of warehouse including consolidation of product, sweeping, organizing, etc.
• Support facility maintenance needs as requested
• Support with parking lot clean up
• Complete facility security / safety inspections
• Support with other requests/tasks as needed.


Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60-80 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to conduct regular inventory counts and audits
• Able to safely use various warehouse equipment, including a forklift
• Microsoft Officed experience is preferred (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
