The Accounting Director will oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls for a our client, a growing manufacturing company in Gwinnett County.

This role partners closely with operations and executive leadership to drive profitability, improve processes, and ensure financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and fixed assets
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Manage cost accounting functions, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
  • Partner with operations to analyze production costs, margins, and efficiency metrics
