We need someone to own the day-to-day operation of this carrier—licensing, statutory filings, regulatory correspondence, ERM documentation, board preparation, and outside advisor coordination. This is an execution role with real authority over carrier operations. You will also take on operational projects across Alpha Warranty and Cadence Innovations Group as priorities shift. Coordinate filings, custodial agreements, and DOI correspondence with outside counsel. Manage the multi-state admission pipeline.* Statutory financial statements. Manage the preparation and filing process for quarterly and annual statements with the NAIC and state regulators. Help prepare meeting materials, record minutes, collect conflict-of-interest statements, and coordinate advisory board scheduling.* Compliance administration.
