About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced operations leader who excels at creating order, improving processes, and driving consistent performance across a service-based business. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the CEO and team to ensure the firm operates smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our values.

Your Core ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Optimization- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the firm
- Develop, document, and refine operational systems and SOPs
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and implement improvements
- Introduce and manage new technologies and process tools

- Support onboarding, training, and professional development
