Job Summary

Leads the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of ERP application modules across functional and business areas. Assesses user requirements to determine necessary ERP system configuration and customization to ensure optimal functionality. Manages ongoing support for the ERP system, applying expertise to ensure full compatibility with vendor guidelines while troubleshooting and refining processes. Additionally, oversees Salesforce initiatives within the organization, driving continuous improvement across departments. Actively explores opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance system capabilities, streamline operations, and support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advises management on best practices, emerging trends, and strategic opportunities in SAP technologies and innovation initiatives.
  • Develops methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and innovation within SAP platforms and solutions.
  • Defines programs to drive innovation and ensure the successful implementation of SAP solutions across global business units.
  • Contributes planning efforts to support short- and long-term strategic goals related to SAP and innovative technologies.
  • Controls resources effectively to support innovation and SAP initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of budget, personnel, and technology.
  • Develops a team of high-performing leaders and experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensures alignment between SAP strategies and enterprise-wide digital transformation goals to maximize business value.
  • Leads the organization’s S/4HANA strategy by promoting a clean core approach, minimizing customizations, and aligning ERP architecture with long-term business objectives.
  • Oversees Salesforce initiatives and ensures integration with ERP systems, with a focus on continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies.
  • Establishes and leads strategic engagement and review programs to ensure ERP alignment and value realization. This includes biannual meetings with senior business leaders to gather insights and maintain alignment with departmental initiatives, as well as an annual review of ERP module utilization to assess effectiveness and demonstrate system value to executive leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.
