Job description

OPERATORS NEEDED - NIGHT SHIFT
Mancan Staffing has partnered with a Middlefield company in need of operators for the night shift from 11pm-7am, working Sunday through Thursday. The training period will be from 7am-3pm Monday to Friday for 1-2 weeks.
Starting pay for this position is $16.00/hr.
Job Summary:
As an Operator, you will be responsible for producing, inspecting, and packaging high-quality parts within established production standards.
Primary Functions:
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Accurately complete required production and labor reporting paperwork.
Achieve a minimum of 100% production efficiency by performing high-quality work.
Maintain a minimum of 97% quality efficiency by inspecting all parts and inserts molded for defects using visual inspections, touch, and measuring devices.
Communicate with the previous and following shift operators to exchange important job information.
Follow operator methods, work instructions, and control plans provided.
Immediately notify your supervisor of any out-of-control conditions, such as scrap or molding difficulties.
Requirements/Training:
Receive safety training and on-the-job training.
Must follow any reasonable instructions provided by your Supervisor as this job description may not cover all responsibilities.
Must work in the best interest of the organization to promote an effective team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:
Perform the job while standing or sitting. Must be able to climb up and down a step ladder.
Use loading boards weighing a maximum of 15lbs.
