Information Technology Division - Arlington, VA
The selectee of this position serves as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist. You will be responsible for directing and managing major USMS technology projects such as mobility, infrastructure, administration and operational, mission support application, software application and SharePoint projects.Qualifications:You may qualify at the GS-2210-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
Specialized Experience: Must have one year (52 weeks) of full-time specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal service performing the following duties:
1. Implementing IT enterprise architecture plans that address mission-critical program objectives;
2. Assisting with managing and directing IT projects consistent with industry standards;
3. Analyzing business requirements to develop IT solutions; AND
4. Providing technical advice and assistance on IT programs to users and management.
(NOTE: Your resume must CLEARLY demonstrate this experience.)

AND
Basic Requirement:
In addition to the Specialized Experience above, you must meet the basic requirements for the Information Technology (IT) Management Series 2210 as described below:
A. You must have Information Technology related experience demonstrating each of the following required competencies, and must meet or exceed the *minimum proficiency level for each (Please see below section Minimum Proficiency Level):
