Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Director, Enterprise Delivery, Informatics & Data Science provides enterprise leadership across data, analytics, informatics, and the delivery of complex, technology-enabled initiatives. The role brings together accountability for informatics and data strategy with disciplined program, project, and portfolio delivery, ensuring alignment to corporate objectives, financial stewardship, and risk management.

This role leads multi-disciplinary teams and partners closely with enterprise and IT leaders to enable data-driven decision-making, successful execution of strategic initiatives, and measurable enterprise outcomes.

How YOU will make a difference:

Enterprise Leadership & Governance

  • Define and execute enterprise informatics, data, analytics, and delivery strategies aligned to business and IT priorities
  • Provide leadership for enterprise programs and strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery and benefits realization
  • Establish governance standards for data, analytics, and program/project execution
  • Oversee portfolio prioritization, sequencing, resource planning, and risk management
  • Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and decision support

Informatics, Data & Analytics

  • Lead development and evolution of the enterprise health information hub and analytics platforms
  • Establish and mature enterprise data governance, data quality, and master data management practices
  • Oversee business intelligence, analytics, and advanced data science capabilities
  • Enable responsible adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Promote a data-driven culture across the organization

Project, Program & Portfolio Delivery

  • Lead the enterprise program and project management lifecycle
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Maintain an enterprise view of initiatives, dependencies, risks, and constraints
  • Ensure delivery performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
  • Drive continuous improvement and delivery best practices

Financial, Resource & People Leadership

  • Provide financial stewardship of capital and operating budgets within scope
  • Oversee enterprise resource capacity planning and utilization
  • Lead, develop, and coach high-performing teams across data, analytics, and delivery functions
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Stakeholder & External Engagement

  • Build strong partnerships with executive leaders, business units, and IT leaders
  • Collaborate with Finance, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams
  • Manage key external relationships including vendors, healthcare partners, and industry bodies

What YOU bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, data, analytics, and enterprise delivery
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing enterprise programs, portfolios, or platforms
  • Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with data governance, analytics platforms, and enterprise delivery
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance and delivery frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL, Agile)
  • PMI or equivalent certification preferred
  • Enterprise program, project, and portfolio management
  • Data architecture, analytics, and information management
  • Financial planning, budgeting, and variance management
  • Executive reporting and performance dashboards
  • Strategic thinking and execution focus
  • Strong communication and executive presence
  • Ability to influence and lead change across the enterprise
  • Proven people leadership and talent development

    Working Conditions:

    • Normal office environment
    • Limited travel as required

    Pay rate: $156,000 to $195,000 annually

    The hiring pay range has been established; however, the final pay offer will be determined by taking into consideration various factors including but not limited to, level of experience and education requirements.
