CONFIDENTIAL – DIRECTOR OF NURSING (RN) | SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all nursing operations (RN/LPN/CNA teams)

  • Ensure CMS, state, and federal compliance

  • Oversee quality measures, infection control, and care planning

  • Drive survey readiness and deficiency management

  • Support staffing, retention, and performance management

  • Partner with Administrator and leadership team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active RN license required

  • 3+ years leadership experience in SNF/LTC

  • Prior DON or ADON experience strongly preferred

  • Strong regulatory and survey knowledge

  • Proven leadership and communication skills
