We're hiring a Maintenance Director to lead facility upkeep with care and precision in a skilled nursing setting that values teamwork, compassion, and respect.
What You'll Do:
Maintenance Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance on building, grounds, and equipment
  • Handle routine repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Support a clean, functional, and safe environment for residents and staff

Transportation Oversight:
  • Schedule and coordinate resident transportation for medical appointments and outings
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained, safe, and in good working condition
  • Supervise transportation staff and maintain accurate trip records

Housekeeping Oversight:
  • Supervise housekeeping team and ensure cleanliness standards are upheld
  • Monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed
  • Develop cleaning schedules and train staff on proper sanitation procedures
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and health regulations

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience (healthcare setting preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, climbing, and bending
