Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clientsโ€™ mental health and treatment needs through intake interviews and standardized assessments.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients facing challenges such as substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and emotional trauma.
  • Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and client communications to ensure effective care and compliance.
  • Supervise therapeutic activities and community-based programs, ensuring they're aligned with best practices and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with families, medical professionals, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in counseling or a related field along with an active LPC license in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
