Director of Recruitment

We are currently seeking candidates for a Director of Recruitment position located at our corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pay Range: $70k-$90k Bonus eligible based off of performance metrics.
Location: Blue Ash, OH

Position Summary:

The Director of Recruitment is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain high-quality staff across all service lines. This role supports workforce growth and stability in a multi-site behavioral health system by building strong pipelines, improving hiring processes, and aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet organizational staffing needs
  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, including recruiters and support staff
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and leadership roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions (e.g., therapists, nurses, psychiatrists)
  • Partner with operational and clinical leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Monitor and improve recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including universities, job boards, and staffing agencies
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Support onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and operations teams
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies effectively
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on recruitment performance and workforce trends
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    Experience: 3+ years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with leadership experience required; healthcare or behavioral health experience strongly preferred
