Director of Housing

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Columbus, OH

We are not a home health agency. We are a community inclusion organization. As a Director of Housing, you will strategically lead our residential programs, developing a team that drives culture and excellence.

What You'll Do

Build Family & Community Partnerships
Foster strong communication with families, guardians, and SSAs to ensure transparency, trust, and person-centered advocacy.

Lead Hiring & Staff Development
Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training to build a strong, values-aligned team.

Drive Accountability & Staff Growth
Support employee success through coaching, structured feedback, and performance development.

Oversee Planning
Lead OISP participation and ensure services reflect each individual's goals, preferences, and needs.

Ensure Compliance & Quality Standards
Maintain regulatory, accreditation, and agency compliance to protect the health, safety, and dignity of individuals served.

Monitor Documentation & Program Quality
Ensure accurate documentation, ethical billing, and high-quality service delivery across programs.

Provide Operational Leadership
Oversee daily programming, schedules, and service consistency to ensure stability and positive outcomes.

Support Financial Oversight
Monitor home budgets and financial processes to ensure responsible resource management.

Partner with Leadership
Collaborate with executive leadership to align daily operations with long-term organizational goals.

On-Call Support
Participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuity, responsiveness, and leadership presence when needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in residential or housing services preferred

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving

  • Requirements: Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation.
