As the Integrated Operations and Implementation Director, you will serve as a strategic operational leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide integration, planning alignment, and workflow coordination across brand, marketing, and direct response fundraising initiatives.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive enterprise-wide planning, establish best practices and governance frameworks, and lead integrated planning for complex, omnichannel marketing and fundraising initiatives. You will proactively anticipate risks, resolve challenges, and ensure accountability across cross-functional stakeholders to maintain momentum and delivery quality. You will lead efforts to reduce operational silos, improve communication and resource coordination, streamline processes and implement scalable systems that enhance collaboration, accountability and delivery excellence. Your Impact:
  • Serve as a central point of integration across the enterprise to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, workflow gaps, and communication barriers, and implement scalable solutions to improve collaboration and execution.
  • Facilitate enterprise-wide planning discussions and drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior leadership to establish and reinforce operational best practices, governance processes, and implementation standards.
  • Lead integrated planning efforts for large-scale omnichannel marketing and fundraising initiatives across brand, digital, direct response, media, analytics, and production teams.
  • Anticipate project and organizational risks, proactively identify solutions, and escalate issues when necessary to maintain momentum and delivery quality.
  • Support change management initiatives that improve operational consistency, transparency, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and departments to foster trust, alignment, and a culture of collaboration.
  • Develop reporting frameworks, operational dashboards, or workflow visibility tools that improve planning accuracy and execution oversight.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, transition, and implementation processes for new clients, campaigns, and expanded scopes of work.

Your Profile:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in integrated operations, project management, agency operations, client services, marketing operations, or workflow leadership roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional planning and implementation efforts within complex agency or enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting omnichannel brand, marketing, and/or fundraising campaigns strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration.
  • Experience working across multiple business units, agencies, or matrixed organizational structures preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across complex organizational structures.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven success navigating competing priorities across cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Ability to build consensus and drive accountability in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
