  • Document client requirements and configure applications to meet provider business processes, with emphasis on revenue cycle management workflows including claims, remits, and eligibility;
  • Set and manage project timelines, milestones, and expectations with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Troubleshoot issues using an analytical approach and elevate following defined procedures, ensuring timely communication to customers and internal teams;

  • Adhere to all confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory, and other such policies, procedures, and requirements as outlined within Employerโ€™s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the scope of work;
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalonโ€™s policies, procedures and mission statement, and fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience implementing or supporting software in a high-volume environment;
  • Healthcare IT experience with working knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM), including claims, remits, and eligibility processes; familiarity with HIPAA transaction code sets and EDI standards (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271);
  • Demonstrated experience with SaaS platforms and the ability to work across multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Familiarity with project management fundamentals;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with clinical environments such as Ambulatory, Post-Acute, or Acute care settings;
  • Experience with patient payment platforms or scheduling and time and attendance software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Education:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time).
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force.
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions.
  • Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally, usually for training purposes.
