Role Summary:ย
ย

Exigerย is seeking a Director of Operations & Implementation to stand up and run the operational backbone of a highly strategic, federally aligned supply chain resilience program. Reporting into program leadership, this individual will own the execution of Red Team / Blue Team workflows, data onboarding, and action management within a liveย controltowerย environment. This is a highly visible,ย missioncriticalย roleย operatingย at the intersection of national security priorities, advanced data and AI capabilities, and real-time operational execution-requiring strong leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to deliver under compressed timelines.ย
ย

Whatย You'llย Do:ย
ย

  • Lead the operational execution of Red Team (supply chain vulnerability analysis) and Blue Team (mitigation and optimization) workflows across theย programย
  • Design and manage end-to-end data onboarding processes, including intake, validation, prioritization, and integration into the Command Center environmentย
  • Establish and drive the operational cadence for control-tower activities, including recurring analysis cycles, action tracking, and executive reportingย
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate operational requirements into scalable workflows and system capabilitiesย
  • Oversee action management processes, ensuring insights are converted into clear, trackable, and outcome-driven initiativesย
  • Coordinate across federal stakeholders, internal teams, and advisors to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverablesย
  • Identifyย operational gaps and continuously improve processes to support rapid scaling and evolving mission requirementsย
    ย

  • Working knowledge of data engineering and analytics tooling, including Python (e.g., Pandas), SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks, with the ability to guide technical teams, evaluate data workflows, and translate business requirements into scalable data solutionsย
  • Proven ability to stand up and manage cross-functional workflows involving data, engineering, and analytics teamsย
  • Experience working with large-scale data onboarding, integration, or analytics-driven in an operations center environmentย
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability toย operateย effectively with senior leadership and government counterpartsย
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel under tight timelinesย
  • Ability to translate ambiguous, evolving requirements into structured processes and actionable plansย
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret security clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)ย

ย
ย

Professional Experience Required:ย
ย

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, implementation, program management, or a related fieldย
  • Experience working in or supporting federal programs, defense, intelligence, or national security initiatives is strongly preferredย
  • Background in supply chain, risk management, analytics, or data-driven operational environments is a plusย
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or mission-driven organizationsย
    ย

Whyย Exiger:ย
ย
