This role will assist with onboarding, talent management activities, employee changes, reporting, and special projects. Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of Human Resources administrative activities and respond professionally to employee requests
  • Prepare reports and analyses to support HR initiatives, interpret data, identify alternatives, and assist with recommendations
  • Coordinate talent management activities including new hire orientation, training, onboarding, and related processes
  • Complete special projects by establishing objectives, timelines, conducting research, and organizing information
  • Process required documentation in SAP and ticketing systems for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other employee changes
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 1 year of previous Human Resources or related experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Human Resources functions
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through completion in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and processes
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and strong focus on results
  • Ability to handle telephone calls and employee requests professionally
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and business information
