Job description

We are looking for an HR Director with 12+ years HR experience supporting leaders at all levels and across multiple US states. The HR Director will report to the SVP, HR. Prior HR experience in large to medium sized organizations, including healthcare industry, preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish required.
Up to 10% travel required when business needs necessitate it
Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a subject matter expert to business unit leaders on core disciplines of HR (performance management, leaves, accommodations, employee relations, retention, exits) in support of business needs
  • Navigates HR matters with attention to detail and with excellence in analyzing the topic, researching paths to viable solutions, and driving solution application
  • When employee relation issues arise, leads the investigation, documents accurate information, and successfully partners with stakeholders to drive the appropriate resolution; must demonstrate deductive and inductive reasoning when debriefing on these matters
  • Presents assignments/projects timely and accurately displaying strong business acumen and HR knowledge
  • Collaborates with SVP, Human Resources on multiple matters as appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
  • Master's degree preferred; must have HR education at either the bachelor or master level.
  • 12+ years HR experience supporting leaders at all levels and across multiple US states
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
