Responsabilidades Claves
  • Dar la bienvenida y reconocer a todos los huespedes de acuerdo con los estandares de la empresa, anticipar y abordar las necesidades de servicio de los huespedes, y agradecerles con genuina apreciacion.
  • Limpiar y organizar las habitaciones de los huespedes de acuerdo con los estandares utilizando los productos quimicos correctos.
  • Participar en reuniones diarias del personal, recoger informes de habitaciones y llaves para las areas asignadas.
  • Seguir todos los protocolos para ingresar a una habitacion.
  • Mantener la limpieza y el mantenimiento de todo el equipo que utilice.
  • Anticipar y comunicar las necesidades de reposicion.
  • Tener conocimiento de los pasos del servicio a la habitacion, incluyendo la preparacion de comodidades y otras tareas relacionadas.
  • Asegurarse de cumplir con las expectativas y estandares de calidad.
  • Estar informado sobre las operaciones diarias del hotel, revisar las hojas de eventos diarias, los tablones de anuncios y estar al tanto de todos los cambios, nuevos procedimientos y eventos.
  • Seguir todas las politicas y procedimientos de seguridad y proteccion de la empresa; informar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al Director de Limpieza.
  • Completar la capacitacion y certificaciones de seguridad.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demas, apoyar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes.
  • Asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean limpios y profesionales.
  • Mantener la confidencialidad de la informacion propietaria y proteger los activos de la empresa.
  • Realizar otras tareas razonables segun lo solicite el supervisor.
Cualificaciones
  • Orientado a la hospitalidad.
  • Debe ser capaz de doblarse, agacharse, estirarse y levantar objetos que pesen hasta 60 libras.
  • Capaz de manejar situaciones dificiles de manera efectiva.
  • Capaz de trabajar de manera rapida y eficiente, especialmente bajo presion.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario nocturno, turnos rotativos, fines de semana y dias festivos. (Turnos comienzan a las 3:00 p.m.)
  • Capaz y dispuesto a realizar tareas basicas de limpieza.
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar en varios turnos, incluidos fines de semana y dias festivos.
  • Debe poseer buenas habilidades de comunicacion en espanol e ingles.
