  Your Role Reporting to ABM Management and working closely with the Hotel Operations team, you will oversee all aspects of the Housekeeping Department.
Your mission is to lead and inspire your team, maintain exceptional cleanliness standards, and continuously optimize departmental operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Through your leadership, hands-on approach, and commitment to developing talent, you will directly contribute to the overall success and performance of both hotels.   Key Responsibilities Leadership
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Housekeeping team members.
  • Lead and coach supervisors, room attendants, and housekeeping aides.
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure efficient workforce planning.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
  Operations Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department.
  • Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities consistently meet the highest cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Manage inventories, equipment, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Continuously improve operational processes and team productivity.
  Guest Experience
  • Maintain exceptional quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Work closely with the Front Office, Engineering, and Operations teams.

You possess:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in hotel housekeeping;
  • Experience in a high-volume hotel environment;
