What You Will Do

  • Keep the department on budget by managing labor, cutting costs, and finding savings like a hospitality ninja.
  • Ensure a 5-star guest experience by leading a team that delivers spotless rooms and warm service.
  • Train and coach Associates on cleanliness standards, brand expectations, and why details matter.
  • Manage the department with confidence-handle staffing decisions, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions when needed (all with heart).
  • Partner with other departments to keep operations smooth, guests happy, and the laundry moving.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience - You know how to run a department without breaking a sweat (or a vacuum).
  • Housekeeping leadership background - Because making beds is one thing, managing a team that makes hundreds is another.
  • High school diploma (or higher) - A solid academic base to support solid business decisions.
  • Strong tech skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel systems helps keep the details crisp.
  • Flexibility and stamina - You're ready for whatever shift or task the day throws at you, and you can lift up to 50 lbs (towels are heavier than they look).
