Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own and execute the multi-year product roadmap for the Ductless HVAC portfolio, aligning product investments to business growth and profitability objectives.
โ€ข Establish operating plans that translate business strategy into actionable product initiatives with measurable revenue, margin, and share outcomes.
โ€ข Lead portfolio decisions including product introduction, rationalization, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management to optimize financial performance.
