Who You Are:
As the Head of Marketing at Citian, you will be responsible for coordinating our marketing efforts and product positioning while developing creative messaging strategies for integrated campaigns to our target clients. You will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to execute outbound campaigns and help maintain our brand voice across all channels. You will help lead our branding efforts and create impactful collateral and case studies for our public sector clients and prospects.
Responsibilities:
  • Organize & maintain marketing collateral and other materials that help drive Citian's brand and value with prospective and current clients
  • Manage outbound marketing campaigns targeted toward public sector market segments
  • Create and manage a LinkedIn content calendar by curating posts from internal teams, scheduling weekly updates, and reporting basic engagement metrics.
  • Conduct competitive research to compare messaging, positioning, use cases, and evolving client public iniatives

Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of Marketing experience building brand and product campaigns including strategy and execution
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related equivalent experience
  • Strong project and client management skills with experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Experience with GTM strategies and product positioning
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
  • Working knowledge of marketing and financial industry trends, products, and services
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with public sector clients or GovTech
