We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Pro Shop Attendant to join our Minnesota National team. This role involves assisting golfers with tee times, merchandise sales, and general inquiries while ensuring the pro shop is well-maintained and organized. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a passion for golf or retail, and enjoys providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist golfers with check-in, tee time reservations, and general inquiries
  • Process transactions for green fees, merchandise, and golf equipment using a point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing pro shop, including stocking and restocking merchandise
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on golf apparel, accessories, and equipment
  • Answer phone calls, book tee times, and provide information on course policies and events
  • Assist with tournament registration and coordination as needed
