Go-To-Market Strategy and Deal Architect, Director

The Opportunity:

Serve as Director for Go-To-Market Strategy and Deal Architecture for sector priorities and a suite of differentiated business opportunities. Shape innovative commercial strategies, drive non-traditional contracting approaches, and monetize intellectual property to accelerate growth in emerging markets while leading a high-impact team focused on translating priority solution-based offerings into executable sales motions that redefine how we deliver value to clients. Establish a new tone for commercial sales through disruptive, non-traditional contracting models. Define and implement scalable approaches for intellectual property monetization. Architect end-to-end deal pathways from concept to close. Define what we're selling, associated GTM strategies and deal structures, and pricing tenets for priority offerings, and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration for deal design and execution. Identify differentiators and craft compelling value propositions. Develop innovative business models and pricing strategies to drive profit growth. Translate solution-based offerings into clear, executable sales motion, and craft solution packages with strong branding and messaging. Assess business plan viability and ensure sufficient resources to win and deliver on strategic deals.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience in executive leadership roles focused on GTM strategy, commercial sales, deal architecture, and capture or customer management
  • Experience with pricing strategy, IP monetization, and solution-based selling
  • Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and manage complex negotiations
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
