In this role, you will partner closely with the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel to build and lead a modern global compliance program. You will shape the function, work directly with senior leadership, and play a key role in protecting the business while supporting growth across international markets.You will manage risk and ensure compliance with global laws and regulations across trade, privacy, ethics, and emerging areas such as AI. You will translate complex legal requirements into clear, practical actions for teams across the organization. This role includes a flexible reporting structure during the initial ramp-up period with close collaboration across legal leadership.The preferred location for this role is Covington, KY. We welcome remote candidates and value flexibility. We prefer candidates located within reasonable distance for occasional in-person collaboration.
