  • Coordinate schedule changes and constraints (material shortages, equipment downtime, reformulations, staffing imbalances) and provide recovery plans in partnership with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Distribution, and Sales.
  • Develop, Monitor and communicate supplier scorecards including key performance indicators (e.g., fill rate, weeks/days of supply) and lead actions to improve performance and resolve constraints.
  • Coordinate with external contract/tolling teams to determine and procure required raw materials to complete production and fulfill finished goods orders.
  • Support Make vs. Buy decisions and enterprise-wide purchasing initiatives that leverage spend across Masco businesses and collaborate with Finance and Product to execute strategy
  • Ability to collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to develop total landed costs for optimal sourcing decision-making
  • Organize and conduct regular market tests of assigned product categories to inform commodity strategies
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) process projects to meet launch timelines with expected feature sets and at target pricing
  • Develop and demonstrate subject matter expertise in assigned commodities
