Willbanks Metals is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a small, high-output development team building mission-critical software for a regional steel service center. This position will support Atlas, our warehouse orchestration and logistics platform, along with additional operational tools spanning procurement, dispatch, and transport optimization.
Position Overview. Thisis a hands-on role for a builder who enjoys problem decomposition, solutiondesign, and rapid delivery. The ideal candidate is energized by creatingsoftware from the ground up in a domain where technology has a direct impact ondaily business operations. The team moves quickly, ships often, and leveragesAI-assisted development tools to multiply output and accelerate iteration.
Key Responsibilities
• Build andextend full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, andTailwind CSS.
• Design andmanage PostgreSQL and SQL databases, including real-time subscriptions,row-level security, and role-based access controls.
• Developfeatures end-to-end, from schema design and API logic through polished userinterfaces.
• Collaboratedirectly with business stakeholders, operations leaders, and warehouse teams togather requirements and deliver practical software solutions.
• Participatein rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles where demos help drivedirection and decision-making.
• Integratewith ERP systems, EDI feeds, and third-party logistics tools.
• Supportdeployment, security, and storage within the Azure ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of professional experience building web applications, or equivalent demonstrable project work.
Technical Stack
Strong working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.

Compensation and Benefits
Benefits are offeredto eligible employees.
