Job description

the design and enhancement ofNextStep Recruiting is working with a technology-driven organization to identify a Full Stack .NET Developer skilled in building modern web applications. This position will contribute to designing and enhancing applications using the latest versions of .NET and Angular. The role involves backend API development, frontend UI work, and collaboration across multiple business groups to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Experience with Azure cloud services and Agile practices will be important for success.


Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3+ years of full-stack development experience, including recent work with .NET 8 or 9, C#, and RESTful API development.
  • Strong capabilities in Angular 16+, along with TypeScript and SCSS/Sass for building and refining user interfaces.
  • Practical experience deploying or supporting Azure Function Apps or similar serverless components.
  • Proficiency with T-SQL and experience working in Azure SQL environments.
  • Understanding and application of SOLID development principles.
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation detailing code changes and implementation steps.
  • Experience engaging with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical insight.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience using Jira for tasks, backlog management, and project tracking.
  • Ability to review and provide input on end‐user documentation when needed.


Preferred:

  • Exposure to additional Azure services, including Azure DevOps, App Services, or Cosmos DB.
  • Understanding of CI/CD workflows, unit testing tools (xUnit, Jasmine/Karma), and container platforms like Docker.
  • Knowledge of modern security practices, including authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT).
  • Ability to solve problems effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
