Position Summary

The Warehouse Runner plays a key role in supporting concession operations by stocking stands, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring products are readily available during events. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing deliveries, rotating stock, storing inventory in the warehouse, and assisting the concessions team as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance in accordance with company policy.

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00 and is tip eligible.

Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. Also, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.

This position will remain open until October 30, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for helping set up and stocking all concession stands and portable locations.
  • Attention to detail, including company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality, is always required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables.
  • Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes.
  • Requires keeping all storage areas and inventory in neat, organized, and sanitary condition as directed.
  • Deliver items according to requisitions and place inventory in a proper fashion using the FIFO method of rotation (First-In-First-Out).
  • Responsible for maintaining the overall security of all storage areas by ensuring that all areas are properly locked and protected.
  • Assist with monthly inventory as directed.
  • Make note of any inventory that is needed to complete upcoming events.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of foodservice / hospitality warehouse experience; similar venue experience a plus.
  • Food service certification.
  • Flexible work schedule. Must be able to work weekends as needed.
  • The employee is frequently required to lift heavy objects.ย 
  • Must be able to work all 7 Colorado State University home football games for the 2026 season.
