POSITION PURPOSE:

Colorado State University Athletics and RevelXP are seeking candidates for an out-of-season internship in the Ticket Sales department located in Fort Collins, CO.


The internship program will support full-time staff in maximizing revenue and creating fan experiences for ticketed sporting events such as Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, etc.


This internship is a flexible Monday – Friday and requires work on occasional weekends/gamedays. Schedule will be customized based on CSU Athletic Events.


MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Learn and execute sales processes
  • Make outbound calls to Single Game buyers, Group buyers, and Season Ticket members
  • Maintain an organized profile of ticket holders and prospects
  • Research and generate group sales leads in the Ft. Collins/Denver area
  • Gain understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies
  • Assist in servicing group ticket holders and other clients
  • Assist the sales staff regarding their clerical duties
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Ticketing
Requirements:

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:


  • An interest in Sports and the Sport Industry
  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to present themselves well to others
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • At least one year of advanced education working towards a degree
